If your from the east coast and need a fix on the above mentioned Italian food necessities then Bravo's is the place for you.
Pros: Excellent pizza, (the best) chicken parm and meatballs.
Cons: 0

The best- awesome owners and food

Love this place. The people who work there are very cool- the owners are the best and their NY pizza is so good- I just love it. I eat there at least once a week and everyone that I have turned onto this place loves it. Check it out.

The wonderful aroma from this place just pulls you in. And once you are in, it's hard to choose what to eat. They had a great selection of pizza by the slice, salads and pasta. I don't think I mentioned the Meatballs! We had slices of the Cheese Explosion, the Mushroom pizza, and house salad with a fantastic pesto like dressing, I'd hope to get the receipe. All I can say about the meatballs are my daughter liked them so much, we had to get one to go. Yummy! We can't wait to go back! Don't miss out on Bravo Pizzaria

Best Pizza in LA!

I'm an East coast guy and I love pizza. It tough to find a good slice in LA. But I don't need to look anymore... Bravo is the best I've had during my 8 years in LA!

(I previously submitted this review for the wrong Bravo in Los Angeles. OOPS!) Just had a delicious slice of pepperoni and sausage pizza here this weekend! I think their whole pies are the cheaper way to go, but when you've got a 20 minute break, a $4 slice will do. I've had a lot of pizza but there are hardly any thin crust places that really hit the spot.. this one definitely did. It reminded me of NY pizza, especially after they re-baked my slice to a perfect char upon order. They didn't do that for my friend, so I can't say it's consistent. When you arrive, your first impression of the pizza slices probably won't wow you, but trust that once re-baked.. they'll be greasy goodness with the perfect balance of toppings to a crispy crust. They also serve soups, salads, pastas, and sandwiches! They have outdoor seating and a few small tables inside but it's definitely a place for a casual break versus a full sit-down event.

this place is no vito's, but it's a lot closer and they're open late for when brandon and i feel like getting fat at 1am. my fave is the cheese explosion...spinach, ricotta, and whole roasted garlic cloves...mmmm. i haven't tried much else except for the plain cheese and it's a solid slice of cheese pizza...i definitely approve. brandon tried the white pizza...he said it was...(wait for it, wait for it)...pretty good. good pizza is definitely hard to come by in LA...this place is worth a try.

The pizza here is really very good. I am not a huge pizza fan, mostly because I am very particular about the type of pizza I eat. I grew up in Chicago, and all my relatives are in NYC. I know what a good deep dish pizza is. This place has the large NY style slices, and I think it is fantastic. Always a great late night treat, and I have definitely been known to walk over there for lunch as well. I would highly reccomend this place, and think they have the best pizza I've found in LA so far.

Truly NYC style pizza. Clean, simple, well cooked and prepared. Delivery was on time (despite weird location) and friendly (but not too friendly it seemed insincere). Guy on the phone was a little flat, but assuming it was busy-- far from rude. I just wish I had ordered a large. If you're in the mood for a true NY style, thin crust you can fold and let the perfect amount of grease dribble from-- this is it! PS - Delivery of beer is awesome. Just wish is wasn't at LA prices (4.50 for a single)

I have been here a few times and always come out pleased. The pizza is very good, for something different then the chain pizza places try the Cheese Explosion with the ricotta cheese on it is just great. My other favorite is the meatballs a MUST every time I come here. I just tried the wraps last week and delicious. The chicken farma wrap is not on the printed menu but on the chalkboard. Does not taste like italian food at all but the creamy chicken with a little teriyaki sauce is incredible

The pizza here is pretty good. I have had the pepperoni/cheese and cheese pizzas. The pizzas -- whether by slice or whole -- are served unusually hot in temperature -- and rather greasy (but good). The fact that this place is open until 3:30 AM on Friday and Saturday is great! There is also a patio area where you can eat with friends. The price of a moderately-sized slice of pizza is about $3.50 - $4.75 (depending on its topping(s); which is overpriced). Value wise, you would be better off getting a small (9"), medium (12"), or large (18") -- and sharing/splitting with friends. Or you can save the leftovers for the next day!

In my opinion it's the best slice of pizza in L.A. - or at least it's the most authentic New York slice you can get - more than Lamonica's or Joe's or anywhere else. But it's also $4.50 for a single plain slice, so is it really worth it? Fuhgeddaboutit.
